Thomas lived on a farm near Monon, IN. He sold this farm in 1869 and moved wit
his family to a farm in Perry Co., Ohio near Lexington. He also owned a
hardware store for a number of years. He sold this and became a contractor and
farmer. His wife, Mary, was a teacher. They are probably buried in Perry Co.,
Ohio.
