According to Anna Lowe, Lottie Breckinridge was a dwarf. Judson Paul Jr.
mentioned that in a visit to the old Judson Paul farm when he was a child
(about 1950-1955) there was a family with a dwarf living on the farm. Query:
Was this part of the Breckenridge family? Was this Stella's Breckenridge's
(younger sister to Lottie) family?
